My Time Rewards is a leisure savings programme that helps you do more of what you love and save money! Members enjoy a wealth of discounts, exclusive offers and Cashback savings on leisure activities, entertainment and travel.

Customer Services will confirm once your membership has been cancelled. Once it has been cancelled, you can continue to use the Service and enjoy its benefits until the end of the current contract period. After the end of the contract period, you will no longer have access to the Service.
We share with you the commission that our partner shops give us and we reimburse you in cash and directly into your bank account, at least 10% of your purchases so that you can spend it on whatever you prefer.
You will be able to see the amount of your accumulated Cashback in the Amount available section and transfer them directly to your bank account as soon as you have reached a minimum of £5.
My Time Rewards cannot offer refunds for taxes, delivery charges or parts of the purchase paid for with a voucher, gift voucher or shop credit. Purchases of products and services that are primarily transacted over the phone are also not eligible for refunds.
Earning Cashback is easy with My Time Rewards. All you need to do is log in to the My Time Rewards website and click through to any of the retailer's offering Cashback, and shop as you usually would, the Cashback will be tracked. Once you've accumulated £5 Cashback or more, you will be able to click on “Transfer” on the Payments page. If you've earned less than this your Amount Available cannot be transferred. You can earn a maximum of £250 Cashback each month. Cashback is paid on the net value of purchases, excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
Tracking Tips:
- Always login first and start your shopping by clicking on the retailer's link.
- Make sure to check retailers special terms that your purchase is eligible for cashback.
- Your internet browser and firewall or antivirus software must be enabled for cookie tracking.
- Accept the cookies for your transaction to be tracked.
- Complete your purchase in one single sitting, without browsing other sites or search engines like Google, Bing and other.
- If after checkout you want to make another purchase from the same retailer, return to the My Time Rewards website and click on the retailer's link again.
Please note that most of our retailers do not enable us to track a purchase made through their mobile app. The purchases should be made through the merchant's website.
Remember that by making your purchase through My Time Rewards, your transaction is registered, and you can claim your benefits automatically without having to send us your proof of purchase. In case your transaction does not register, simply complete, and submit the Welcome Reward form on the Earnings page.
Finally, you can always send us your proof of purchase via email to welcomereward@mytimerewards.co.uk . Be sure to include your membership details, such as your name, email and customer number.
- You make a second online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details.
- If you have made a second purchase on the same date, forward us by email both complete order confirmations.
- Your membership is active when you make the second purchase.
- You attach your complete order confirmation email with all the details in the accepted format (PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF) and not exceeding the size of 20MB.
- You send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt within 90 days of joining us.
The Monthly Member Reward is a reimbursement that you can use every month that you are subscribed to My Time Rewards. To benefit from it you must make a purchase between the first and last day of each month in the shop through which you signed up for My Time Rewards or in any of the participating shops, if you signed up from the registration form on our website. (This offer can vary, please sign in for full details of how to claim your Monthly Member Reward).
Remember that by making your purchase through My Time Rewards, your transaction is registered and you can automatically claim your benefits without having to send us your proof of purchase. In case your transaction does not register, simply complete and submit the Monthly Member Reward form on the Earnings page.
Finally, you can always send us your proof of purchase via email to monthlybonus@mytimerewards.co.uk. Be sure to include your membership details, such as your name, email and customer number.

- You attach your complete order confirmation email with all the details in the accepted format (PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF) and not exceeding the size of 20MB.
- You send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt within 30 days of making the purchase/booking.
- You did not claim your Welcome Reward with the same purchase.
- Your purchase is made for personal use only.
Days Out is an unique benefit with two different deals:
- First deal: Get 2 for 1 deal for spas and museums in the UK.
- Second deal: Get 25% Cashback on all nationwide activities mentioned in the “Days Out categories”.
The steps to claim any of the two Days Out deals: - Shop: visit an attraction or activity in the UK from one of the categories in the “Days Out categories”.
- Claim: update your purchase receipt in the “Days Out” form within 30 days. If your are unable to apply please contact us on daysout@mytimerewards.co.uk.
- Earn: once approved, it will be added to your Amount available, which you can transfer to your bank account in the Payments page.
If you made a purchase more than 5 days ago and your purchase does not automatically appear in your transaction list on the Earnings page, simply complete and submit your Claim Missing Purchase form available on the same page.
If your Amount Available is less than £5, you will not be able to transfer the full amount of your Total Earnings to your bank account until the amount reaches £5.

- Any purchases that do not adhere to our Terms of Service.
Once validated, the corresponding Cashback will be added to your Amount Available, which you can transfer directly to your bank account as soon as you have reached a minimum of £5.
